Group Course
Our Lifestyle Medicine Course was designed by Dr Canyon and our dietitians around the Full Plate Living Course books and workbooks with added consultation and advice developed by Dr Canyon, one of only a handful of physicians on the island who are Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine.
This is delivered in a Group setting to up to 5 participants, weekly over 8 weeks . The Next course is scheduled to start on:

6 Month Comprehensive
